Our Staff

Paul has been connected with New Life International since meeting Duvon McGuire at a missions conference in 2016. Shortly after this meeting, Paul began volunteering with us at the Underwood Campus working in the research and development area. Since that 2016 meeting Paul has been brought onboard and continues working in the Innovation Center as the Director of Engineering. Paul also travels globally with the ministry installing automated water and hypochlorous systems.

Paul has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton. He worked for 35 years in the chemical process industry and joined NLI after his retirement. His professional experiences are primarily in process engineering, process control, project management, and plant maintenance.

His desire for the mission’s ministry comes from completing the “Perspectives on the World Christian Movement” course in 2011. This course opened his eyes to the call for all believers to be a part of the Great Commission.

Paul and Linda have been married for over forty years. Their two sons are married and have blessed Paul and Linda with three grandsons.
