Our Staff

Pramil Aruldoss was born and brought up in India and has a keen passion for transformational development and holistic impact. He has come on board the NLI team as Regional Manager of South Asia in order to expand our work in the region. He has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis on International Development. It was during his engineering days that he felt a strong call to missions and development and has not looked back since. Pramil has experience working with NGOs in India, Tanzania, Nepal, Cambodia, Greece, Ethiopia, and the USA in communities that are disaster affected, poverty stricken, or worn torn and has led large-scale programs and operations during these assignments. Pramil and his wife, Neha, who got married in 2017, currently live in Australia as Neha is in the process of pursuing her Ph.D. in Melbourne. They are animal lovers and are loving parents to a beagle doggo named Brooklyn.
